DCX seeks a Jr. Creative Merchandiser for a home-based role serving US clients. You will curate product assortments, craft compelling presentations, and keep pricing current to meet client needs while upholding brand identity.

This full-time position requires creativity, strong organization, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 3–5+ years in promotional merchandise or retail merchandising, with excellent English communication and solid PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5+ years in promotional products, branded merchandise, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of promotional product suppliers and production processes.
• Experience supporting client merchandise programs or campaigns.
• Excellent presentation-building and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend products aligning with client brand guidelines and objectives.
• Develop product presentations for custom projects, website additions, and campaigns.
• Support campaigns and events (Mother's Day, anniversaries, etc.).
• Create visually compelling product presentations communicating value of merchandise.
• Refresh pricing and product recommendations based on trends and supplier costs.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate pricing before presenting to clients.
• Research suppliers and product solutions across categories.
• Prepare accurate pricing for new products on request.
• Support RFPs with sourcing for prospective clients.
