Job summary

SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a caregiver recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for CNAs, HHAs, and companions. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and onboard while ensuring compliance with state requirements.

You will also manage job ads and coordinate Zoom interviews with a focus on quality and speed. The role requires 2–3 years in recruitment, familiarity with US caregiver requirements, and strong ATS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/home care.
• Ability to manage high-volume pipeline and ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Proven experience with ATS and digital recruitment tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, reference & background checks, and compliance.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse caregiver candidates (CNA/HHA).
• Write and manage compelling job ads across platforms and coordinate Zoom interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and communicate updates to applicants.
