• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs.
• Provide scheduling support for new and existing placements (major plus).
• Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules for caregivers and clinical teams.
• Handle client requests, urgent coverage needs, and last-minute changes with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and recruitment teams.
• Proactively identify potential staffing gaps and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of scheduling activity.
