Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Recruiter/Scheduler for a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare business. You will advertise, pre-screen, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding for caregivers, ensuring shifts are filled and patients receive care.

Responsibilities cover pre-hire, onboarding, HR coordination, and scheduling with a focus on timely data entry, compliance, and clarity in communications. Remote position with CST hours and WFH setup advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant admin experience in healthcare or medical setting.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advertise across platforms and manage application flow.
• Pre-screen applicants based on criteria.
• Schedule interviews and provide materials to interviewer.
• Collect caregiver information and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Enter caregiver data into AxisCare and maintain up-to-date files.
• Fill shifts by contacting caregivers and following up on confirmations.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
