The job requires completing a structured call list daily, following scripts, and maintaining accurate records. A prior call center background and a reliable internet connection are preferred, with a quiet home workspace required.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to customers about service needs.
• Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails.
• Use dealership software to schedule service appointments.
• Follow structured daily call campaigns and promotions.
• Accurately track and log all customer interactions in internal systems.
• Maintain professional and clear communication throughout all interactions.
