As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities for our automotive dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively guide potential customers through the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and interests to generate sales leads for the sales team.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, service appointments, or sales consultations.

Requirements:
