You will use Workable, Dialpad, and Google Calendar to manage outreach, calls, and interview scheduling, with guidance from a team lead and a focus on informing candidates at every stage.

Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English required.
• No recruiting experience required; related customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
• Remote, work-from-home role with reliable internet and electricity.
• Ability to follow approved recruiter notes and explain next steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned candidate lists in Workable and plan outreach.
• Call candidates via phone system; introduce yourself and explain the purpose.
• Share role highlights and assess ongoing interest before next steps.
• Ask brief availability questions; note responses for recruiters.
• Maintain regular contact and update candidate progress.
• Schedule recruiter interviews using Google Calendar; confirm times.
• Send reminders and help candidates reschedule when needed.
• Answer questions with approved info; escalate beyond guidance to team lead.
• Record call results and candidate status; protect privacy.
• Share daily counts of calls and booked interviews with the team.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes and timely follow-ups.
