Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Must have a computer, mobile phone, stable internet, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone support or admin experience is a plus.
• Calm, friendly phone voice and ability to explain steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic fit questions and open candidates in the ATS (e.g., Lever).
• Contact each applicant via business phone system or dialer (Dialpad).
• Ask about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and English proficiency; write answers without bias.
• Explain the next steps using approved notes; escalate questions to the recruiting lead if needed.
• Apply screening rules and mark candidates as ready, not now, or not a fit.
• Schedule interviews using Calendly; confirm dates, times, and joining details.
• Send reminders and follow up with candidates who miss interviews.
• Record call results and next actions; share screening notes with recruiters.
• Maintain privacy; log changes and reject duplicates or wrong numbers.
