Job summary

Hire with Reef is seeking a Call Centre Manager to lead customer care operations and oversee end-to-end insurance claims handling within a vehicle-focused environment. You will drive service quality, accuracy, and speed in claims processing while coordinating across regions to ensure smooth handoffs between customer care, claims, and repair partners.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in call centre operations with 1–2 years in a management role.
• Preferred: vehicle insurance, automotive claims handling, or automotive repair operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience with handling escalations and sensitive customer cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer care operations and oversee end-to-end insurance claims handling.
• Own the quality of conversations and speed/accuracy of claims processing.
• Coordinate handoffs between customer care, claims, and vehicle repair/insurance stakeholders.
• Directly engage in escalations or complex cases as needed.
• Manage and coach teams across functions or regions to improve KPIs.
