Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced motor claims professional to manage end-to-end motor and fleet claims from lodgement to finalization. The role operates in a digital-first environment with clear accountability and strong stakeholder communication.

Based in Manila with Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) and a hybrid setup: 3 days in the BGC office and 2 days work from home, offering comprehensive medical care and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum4 years experience managing motor or fleet claims end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement to finalization.
• Communicate with insurers, repairers, and stakeholders via email or chat with proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client files in the claims management system.
• Conduct claim investigations, review documentation and identify risks.
• Balance multiple priorities while working independently with attention to detail.
• Deliver high-standard customer service with clear and timely communication, handling complaints or escalations when needed.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through to finalization, ensuring claims progress efficiently and in line with service expectations.
• Handle ongoing correspondence with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders via email or chat, maintaining proactive follow-ups throughout the claims lifecycle.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum four years experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably within the Australian market.
• Sound understanding of motor repair standards, assessment methodologies, and relevant industry manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting professional, factual correspondence, including complaints or escalations.
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures while exercising initiative, sound judgement, and effective time management.
• Highly professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 3 days in our BGC office and 2 days Work From Home.
