Job summary

AS White Global in the Philippines invites a seasoned motor claims specialist to own end-to-end motor and fleet claims in a digital-first, customer-focused environment. The role follows Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup: 3 days in our BGC office and 2 days working from home.

You will manage claims from lodgement to finalisation, communicate with insurers, repairers and clients, keep accurate files in the claims system, and conduct investigations when required, balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum four years’ experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably in the Australian market.
• Solid understanding of motor repair standards and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional correspondence.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities with high accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures while applying initiative and good time management.
• Professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through finalisation.
• Correspond with insurers, repairers and stakeholders via email or chat with proactive follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate client files in the claims management system and ensure data integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through to finalization, ensuring claims progress efficiently and in line with service expectations.
• Handle ongoing correspondence with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders via email or chat, maintaining proactive follow-ups throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files within the claims management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
• Conduct claim investigations where required, including reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks or discrepancies.
• Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while working independently and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication, including managing complaints or escalations when required.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum four years’ experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably within the Australian market.
• Sound understanding of motor repair standards, assessment methodologies, and relevant industry manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting professional, factual correspondence, including complaints or escalations.
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures while exercising initiative, sound judgement, and effective time management.
• Highly professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.

Work setup:
