• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and claims workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Review complex claims submissions, calculations, and treaty matters.
• Ensure timely claims processing and follow-up on Statements of Account (SOAs).
• Develop strong relationships with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and market partners.
• Resolve contentious claims issues and support negotiations with reinsurers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing claims team.
