Job summary

Intogreat Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Claims Coordinator to support the Direct Insurance team in Victoria. Based offshore, you will coordinate insurance claims, liaise with insurers and loss adjusters, and serve as the primary contact throughout the claims and repair process while working remotely.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Australian General Insurance experience.
• Experience with any General Insurance lines but Property and Facilities industry are highly desirable.
• Must have experience in doing inbound calls.
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to Customer (Policyholder) and Client (Insurer).
• Total Life: Monitor and drive successful quote activity across all states to meet targets.
• Turn Ratio: Manage total life (start to closure) of all active jobs to achieve target.
• Revenue: Accurately forecast and meet revenue target.
• Budget Improvement: Drive healthy file management across the portfolio for all active jobs.
