This dual-focus role combines account management with proactive prospecting to expand our offshore staffing services. You will serve as the main contact for a portfolio of accounts, conduct regular reviews, and drive upsell opportunities, while also building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients at all levels.
• Self-starter capable of managing a varied workload across retention and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary relationship contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand evolving customer needs.
• Identify and convert upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing base.
• Monitor account health, resolve issues proactively.
• Track customer satisfaction and advocate for customer needs.
• Research and identify prospective customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline and forecasts.
• Report on performance against targets (retention, growth, new business revenue).
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer industry developments.
