Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant to join our remote team in the Philippines.

You will support growth initiatives, lead generation, and relationship management with property owners and investors, coordinating outreach, onboarding, and partnerships to drive pipeline growth. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in business development, sales, real estate, or hospitality-adjacent roles, strong communication, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

1–2 years' experience in business development, sales, real estate or a hospitality-adjacent role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems; comfortable learning new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

Growth & Lead Generation: research and identify prospective property owners and investors across CLG's operating regions; assist in building and maintaining targeted prospect lists; support outreach campaigns; maintain pipeline records in the CRM/Resly.
Owner & Investor Relationship Support: onboarding of newly signed managed properties; prepare pitch decks and proposals; coordinate site visits and appraisal appointments; respond to initial enquiries.
Partnerships: support relationships with referral partners; coordinate co-marketing and partnership opportunities.
Administration: prepare BD pipeline reports; support diary and meeting coordination; process onboarding documentation.
