Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to lead social content, newsletters, and promotional assets for our clients.

You will craft on-brand captions, manage referrals, and build relationships with healthcare partners while collaborating with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience across marketing and/or business development.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and graphic design capability (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including scheduling tools
• Confident relationship-builder comfortable with outreach, networking, and presentations
• Ability to read analytics and translate them into recommendations
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for all social posts
• Publish 1 newsletter per week
• Create monthly activity calendars and SHP graphics and promotional support
• Design flyers, brochures, capability statements, and other promotional assets
• Create social graphics aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels
• Manage and publish 1 LinkedIn post per week
• Schedule and publish all planned content
• Share relevant posts to Facebook groups to extend reach and engagement
• Monitor and respond to Facebook Messenger inquiries promptly
• Drive general community engagement across all social platforms
• Deliver monthly social media reporting covering performance, insights, and actionable recommendations
