Role Overview

The role will involve engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable sleep solutions, following up on sales opportunities, and converting qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, comfortable with phone-based sales and experienced in working toward sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on new sales leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and drive conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Meet agreed sales, revenue, and activity targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, direct sales, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking directly with customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building
• Ability to identify customer needs and apply a consultative sales approach.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Experience working with sales targets/KPIs.
• CRM experience.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results oriented.
