Job summary

Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper for a mid-shift role, offering remote work with optional office days.

You'll manage expenses, reconciliations, invoicing, supplier and customer accounts using Xero, Excel and Power BI, with Current RMS knowledge a plus. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll contribute to timely management information for decision making.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills with formulas and structured reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or willingness to work with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and finance administration including day-to-day entries in Xero.
• Manage invoices, supplier expenses and reconciliations.
• Prepare information for monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Support cash flow tracking and reporting for management.
• Develop Excel-based reports and assist with Power BI dashboards.
