Job summary

Yempo Inc in the Philippines offers a midshift Bookkeeper role with remote or office options. You will handle core bookkeeping duties in Xero, manage invoices, bank reconciliations, and supplier/customer accounts, with Monthly management information prepared for leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and reporting.
• Experience using Power BI or willingness to work with dashboards and data.
• Understanding of invoices, expenses, reconciliations and month-end routines.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and finance administration: manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero and process invoices and expenses.
• Invoicing and customer accounts: raise and process sales invoices, check accuracy and send statements.
• Management accounts support: prepare monthly bookkeeping information and provide reconciliations to leadership.
• Reporting, Excel and Power BI: maintain Excel finance reports and support Power BI dashboards.
• Systems and process improvement: document processes and suggest improvements to invoicing, reconciliation and reporting.
