Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking a diligent bookkeeper to support our accounting team in a hybrid role. You will handle data entry, AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and inventory, while liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bookkeeping, familiarity with Australian accounting, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Xero is preferred, and the role offers growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Experience in Australian accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal accounting tasks including data entry of invoices, reconciliations for payables/receivables, bank and card transactions, payroll, leave, and inventory reconciliation.
• Liaise with suppliers to request updated invoices or statements via email, with occasional calls.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Coordinate with the venue manager and the bookkeeper for operational or accounting queries.
• Monitor and triage the admin inbox daily and forward emails to relevant staff.
• Prepare BAS/IAS submissions.
