STAFF X in a dedicated full-time remote role handles tax returns, financial statements, and compliance lodgements for clients, emphasizing accuracy and independent work on complex cases. Proficiency in MYOB, Accountants Office, and MPM Practice Manager is essential, with exposure to Xero and QuickBooks data imports.

This is a long-term, client-facing position with ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of MYOB as the firm's primary platform.
• Experience with Accountants Office for tax returns and lodgement.
• Proficient in MPM Practice Manager for time tracking and job management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals and business entities using Accountants Office.
• Prepare financial statements and management accounts for small business clients.
• Complete BAS and IAS lodgements with ATO deadlines.
• Post and manage manual journals by importing client data from Xero and QuickBooks into MYOB.
• Record working time against tasks daily in MPM Practice Manager.
• Handle progressive client task queues and communicate blockers clearly via Teams.
