Bookkeepers Without Borders is hiring a Senior Bookkeeper/Client Lead to manage client finances and lead a team of bookkeepers in a remote, Philippines-based setup. The role focuses on cloud-based tools to provide real-time, accurate insights and improve processes.

We seek a tech-savvy professional with leadership in bookkeeping, strong communication, and a commitment to high standards of financial record-keeping. CPA or QBO ProAdvisor certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience in US client environments.
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and cloud-based tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with clients and teams.
• Experience in remote/virtual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly, monthly, and recurring bookkeeping tasks for clients.
• Review and remit weekly payments for clients.
• Support new client onboarding activities.
• Provide guidance and training to junior bookkeepers.
• Review and validate month-end work by juniors.
• Maintain and enhance Karbon workflows for clients.
• Communicate with clients weekly for updates and inquiries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
