New CAS LLC is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Professional to manage daily accounting tasks for clients abroad. You will perform payables, receivables, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close, producing Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.

You will support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting while maintaining strict timelines and clear client communication. This role is fully home-based with hours overlapping North American time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries and accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts and close books monthly.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
• Maintain organized checklists and schedules; communicate with clients clearly.
