Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding and seeking skilled bookkeepers/accounting professionals to service international clients from a fully home-based setup. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely month-end closes, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
Dependable, hands-on QuickBooks Online skills are essential, with excellent written and spoken English.
Experience working with clients or stakeholders; detail-oriented and well-organized; CPA candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

Daily bookkeeping tasks including payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; manage month-end close.
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) and ensure records are accurate.
Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
