Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding and seeks experienced bookkeepers to handle daily bookkeeping for international clients, including payables, receivables, journal entries, and month-end closes.

The role is fully home-based, with duties across statements, cash flow, payroll support, and reporting; requires degree and 3+ years, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience for clients abroad.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online with strong English communication.
Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace is an asset.
CPA or non-CPA candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping including payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; manage month-end close.
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and maintain records.
Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues throughout.
