Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) invites experienced bookkeepers to join our fully remote team. You will manage daily bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and month-end closes for clients abroad, delivering accurate financial statements and supporting payroll and forecasting.

A CPA candidate is not required; CPA and non-CPA are encouraged to apply. You will work from home with a laptop provided, enjoy paid leave, and collaborate with colleagues across time zones to maintain high-quality client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus three+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
Hands-on QuickBooks Online skills are essential.
Excellent written and spoken English and direct experience working with clients or stakeholders.
Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace is a valued plus.

Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; manage month-end close through completion.
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
Keep records accurate and up-to-date; review discrepancies.
Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
