Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills; CPA or non-CPA welcome.
- Excellent written and spoken English; experience with remote clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
- Reconcile bank, credit cards, merchant, and loan accounts; close month-end.
- Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
- Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
- Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate clearly with clients.
