Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist in a remote-first setup to manage invoicing and customer collections for our SaaS and service clients.

You will generate invoices, monitor AR, send reminders, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with finance to reconcile accounts and produce weekly status reports. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in invoicing/AR/collections, excellent written communication, and proficiency with QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in invoicing, AR, or collections.
• Detail-oriented with accurate financial record-keeping.
• Excellent written communication for professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices directly from the accounting system on a recurring basis
• Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding balances
• Send timely payment reminders and follow up with customers via email to ensure collection of overdue invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all invoices, payments, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide weekly reports on invoicing and collections status
• Support process improvements to reduce overdue balances and streamline collections
