Job summary

Rooted Talents is seeking a remote Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeping Support (QuickBooks Online) to support 7 entities and 19 locations across the restaurant group. You will enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online, assist with AP data entry, and help prepare audit schedules for multiple entities.

The role is remote from the Philippines, with US Central Time hours preferred. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and meticulous,

Qualifications

2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Experience in bank reconciliations and multi-entity environments.
Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
Assist with accounts payable data entry and invoice tracking
Support bank reconciliations across multiple entities
Reconcile delivery platform transactions and cross-check reports
Prepare schedules and documents for audits
Organize accounting records across 7 entities and 19 locations
Communicate findings to the US team
