Job summary

Kasa is seeking a remote Guest Billing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our Guest Experience team. You will handle billing audits, resolve guest inquiries, adjust reservation data, and communicate with guests via email, phone, and text to ensure accurate billing and timely resolutions.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Guest Communications and offers exposure to revenue side of hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an administrative, night / sales audit, AR or billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe; accounting background preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills; multiple ongoing processes require focus.
• You're highly motivated and able to maintain efficiency while working independently.
• You're proactive by nature and can act decisively when needed.
• You're a team player who is committed to uplifting your coworkers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing audits and adjust reservation data to ensure financial accuracy.
• Regularly contact guests by email, phone, text, SMS to resolve billing issues and payment inquiries.
• Work with Communications, Reservations, and Portfolio teams to ensure accuracy of reservation reporting and expedient resolutions.
• Process payments for unique reservation circumstances and long‑term stays; cross-collaborate with teams as needed.
• Assist with transitions for new building introductions and manage long-term stay payment plans.
