Job summary

TRX is seeking ambitious Business Development Consultants to join our growing team on a remote basis. You will drive new business, develop client relationships, and expand our presence across key markets, focusing on client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account development.

This role offers fully remote work, extensive training, and clear progression into senior commercial leadership roles. You will travel regularly to meet clients and represent the business at industry events,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business development–focused recruitment or staffing role within an agency environment.
• Strong market knowledge and established client network in at least one relevant sector.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new client opportunities within your specialist market.
• Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Own the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to contract negotiation and account growth.
• Develop and execute market-entry and client acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue and sales KPIs.
• Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings locally and internationally.
• Travel regularly to meet clients and support business expansion efforts.
