Responsibilities

• Manage CRM pipelines (e.g., Vintory) to track lead status and activity.
• Upload and sort incoming lead data (e.g., Permitting Site).
• Prepare weekly pipeline and conversion reports for leadership.
• Support scheduling of discovery calls and business development meetings.
