We’re looking for experienced Biotech and Pharma Recruiter to join TalentHero’s dedicated Managed Delivery Pod supporting an established US staffing partner. You’ll work closely with US recruiters and account managers to source, screen, and shortlist specialized talent across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and broader life sciences industries.

This is an opportunity for recruiters who understand specialized hiring, know how to find hard-to-reach talent, and can manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

What we’re looking for:

• Direct Life Sciences / Scientific Recruiting Experience — recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, clinical research, laboratory, quality, regulatory, or scientific manufacturing roles
• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency supporting specialized or technical positions
• Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience recruiting for the US market and working with US-based clients, recruiters, or hiring managers is highly preferred
• Ability to screen candidates based on relevant scientific backgrounds, educational qualifications, certifications, and industry requirements
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, or GCP environments is a strong advantage
• Experience using an ATS such as Bullhorn or similar recruitment system
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong candidate engagement skills, and confidence managing multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines
• Comfortable working 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern Time (Philippine overnight shift)
