Job summary

Raptor Technologies is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to support and scale our global Order-to-Cash processes from the Philippines. The role focuses on UK-based transactions initially and will expand to a multi-region book of business, currencies, and models.

You will own end-to-end billing, ensure timely invoicing, resolve inquiries, and partner with Sales, Contracts and Finance to improve processes and deliver exceptional accuracy and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Billing Operations or similar finance role.
• Experience with high-volume, complex transactions in SaaS.
• Exposure to global teams is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing operations for new system deals, renewals, and amendments across assigned accounts
• Ensure invoices are generated accurately, timely, and in alignment with contractual terms
• Reconcile billing data across systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Manage monthly renewal invoicing processes across assigned accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, and Finance to ensure accurate deal execution
• Provide feedback on upstream process gaps and escalate risks with solutions
