Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of billing procedures and the revenue cycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English, clear and calm under pressure.
• Strong customer service instincts — you can explain a charge without making someone feel interrogated.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, timely invoices for clients.
• Convert sales orders into tickets and projects in ConnectWise.
• Set up and maintain client billing agreements and keep them current.
