Job summary

Rundoo, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to own the money side of the business— invoicing, billing reconciliations, and contract buyouts, from start to finish. This remote role is based in the Philippines and overlaps US hours.

You’ll work with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to keep billing clean, spot discrepancies, and turn learnings into simple SOPs. The position blends investigative precision with steady, process-driven execution.

Qualifications

• You love to read and find things out, digging into discrepancies until the story is clear.
• You sweat the details in billing to prevent small errors from snowballing.
• You are great with numbers and spreadsheets, spotting the one that’s off.
• You write clearly, turning complex reconciliations into simple explanations.
• You are organized and can own recurring processes without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing — issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Run billing reconciliations — match payments to invoices and bank/card accounts.
• Manage contract buyouts — verify amounts, end dates, process payments.
• Be our resident detective — dig for root causes and document findings clearly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to maintain clean billing at handoffs.
• Contribute to ops — generate reports, clean trackers, and draft SOPs.
