Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and service performance.
• Define, manage, and report operational objectives, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Vendor Operations, Sales, Support, and Data teams to improve billing outcomes.
• Champion automation, observability, and proactive issue detection across billing services.
• Translate operational insights into data-driven enhancement opportunities and product recommendations.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of improvements, defects, and optimisation initiatives.
• Lead operational escalation and forensic analysis when billing issues arise, ensuring rapid resolution and business continuity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, retrospectives, and solution discovery sessions focused on operational improvement.
• Communicate performance trends, risks, opportunities, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuously evaluate processes and guide trade-off decisions that maximise customer, partner, and business value.
