Job summary

Outstaffer.AI is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to own the end-to-end billing lifecycle for a subscription-driven business. You will manage AR, dunning, and collections, acting as the go-to owner for Chargebee and Xero, ensuring clean data and timely invoicing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Payroll, delivering reporting on MRR/ARR and ageing. This is a hands-on role, fully remote and Philippines-based, with a stable, full-time engagement via Outstaffer.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in billing, AR, or finance operations.
• Hands-on Chargebee (or comparable subscription platform) and Xero experience.
• Track record billing B2B, subscription/recurring-revenue clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability reconciling data across systems.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and an analytical mindset.
• Confident, professional communication style for client-facing billing conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end invoicing cycle - accurate, complete, on-schedule client billing.
• Manage AR: collections, dunning workflows, ageing, and payment allocation in Chargebee.
• Keep Chargebee and Xero perfectly reconciled, resolving sync errors as they arise.
• Deliver MRR/ARR, AR ageing, and collections reporting that leadership can act on.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Payroll to keep billing tight and churn-risk low.
• Shape the product catalogue, pricing, and invoice templates as the business scales.
