SKUTOPIA in the Philippines seeks a Senior AR/Billing Specialist to run end-to-end billing and accounts receivable as the business grows. You will ensure contract alignment, monitor aging, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Finance.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, customer relationships and cash flow. You will document processes, drive improvements, and support month-end close, with opportunities to implement automation and new billing modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA or CPA qualified or actively pursuing the qualification.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate, issue and track invoices to merchants/customers according to schedule and plans.
• Maintain billing accuracy by reconciling contracts, usage, price plans and discounts.
• Monitor AR aging, ledgers, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Finance to resolve billing issues and root cause.
• Reconcile payments with the bank, payment gateways and ledger entries.
• Assist in month-end close tasks and related reporting.
• Document and improve billing/AR processes to reduce errors and delays.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and new billing modules as needed.
• Provide cross-functional reporting on AR, billing errors, and payments.
