Traild Pty is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to own the billing cycle end-to-end in Xero for a fast-growing SaaS business. The role is full-time and remote, based in the Philippines, reporting to the Finance Manager and collaborating with the Revenue Accountant.

You will set up new customers, manage invoicing queries, and ensure data accuracy across contracts and pricing. The ideal candidate has hands-on Xero experience in subscription or SaaS, strong attention to detail, and the

Qualifications

• 4+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations in a SaaS/subscription business.
• Hands-on Xero experience with subscription models.
• Strong reconciliation and data integrity skills using Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with CRM data (HubSpot or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing cycle end-to-end in Xero, including invoicing, pricing terms and renewals.
• Process credit notes and adjustments with proper authorisation.
• Maintain accurate billing records and contract terms in Xero for audit readiness.
• Provide invoicing data for revenue recognition and ARR movement explanations.
