Job summary

Rundoo is seeking an Operations Lead based in the Philippines to own invoicing, billing reconciliations, and contract buyouts from start to finish. You will partner with Finance, Sales and Client Success to ensure clean, timely billing across our growing customer base.

You’ll be the go‑to person for digging into discrepancies, documenting findings, and turning insights into repeatable SOPs that reduce errors and speed up processes.

Qualifications

• Must love digging into discrepancies and finding the story behind numbers.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent error cascades in billing processes.
• Able to write clear explanations of reconciliations and findings.
• Organized and self‑driven with ability to own recurring processes without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing to ensure accurate, on‑time client bills aligned with signed/ delivered work.
• Run billing reconciliations, match payments to invoices and bank/card activity, fix root causes.
• Manage contract buyouts: verify amounts/end dates, process payments, maintain trackers.
• Be a resident detective who documents findings clearly for the team to follow.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to keep billing clean through handoffs.
• Support ops with ad hoc reports, data cleaning, or vendor inquiries; develop SOPs to reduce future errors.
