Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, AR, or similar roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with billing, ERP, or financial management software.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, discounts, and terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and balances.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aging information for management.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems and customer accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities.
• Support audits by providing billing documentation when required.
