Job summary

Signant Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage global billings, create invoices, and support collections. You will verify milestones, generate service invoices, and maintain comprehensive billing records to ensure timely, accurate invoicing for customers worldwide.

The role requires 2–4 years AR experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting or related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years progressive accounts receivable experience.
• Solid understanding of billing concepts and experience with billing software.
• Experience with data extraction/exports and paperless records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices accurately by milestone and contract terms.
• Create service milestone and pass-through invoices in ERP system.
• Distribute invoices via mail, portals, or email per customer needs.
• Maintain billing status database and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Review contracts for terms and billing implications.
