Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a detail-oriented auditor to support our clients in engineering, construction, and field services from a remote Philippines-based role. You will audit daily timecards, ensure same-day compliance, and maximize billable revenue by accurately capturing field hours and costs.

You’ll translate time, site notes, overtime, and expenses into precise billable lines, assemble clean draft invoices, and safeguard payroll accuracy, partnering with field staff and project managers

Qualifications

Background in accounting support, bookkeeping, or billing—field services preferred.
Excellent direct follow-up calls and clear communication with field staff.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
Experience with cloud timekeeping platforms (Deltek) and ERP/QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

Audit daily timecards for ~25 field inspectors and engineers with precision.
Translate raw field time, site notes, overtime, and expenses into billable lines and project codes.
Assemble complete draft invoice packages and resolve discrepancies before sign-off.
Compile audited timesheet summaries aligned with pay and policies for payroll.
