Responsibilities

• Prepare and send client invoices tied to payroll runs.
• Manage off-cycle and exception-based payroll billing scenarios.
• Track overdue invoices and support collections.
• Maintain billing records in the system.
• Reconcile billed amounts against contracts.
• Process client payments and apply to invoices.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Prepare aging reports and billing status updates.
• Support month-end billing close and reporting.
• Identify process improvements for billing accuracy.
