Job summary

Extenteam in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Utility Billing Associate to manage end-to-end utility billing, onboarding, and invoice processing for client properties. You will ensure autopay and e-billing and maintain secure accounts.

You will need 2+ years in billing or property accounting, strong ownership and communication, and experience with AppFolio, Keeper Security, and MS Office. This is a remote role with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must‑have 2+ years in utility billing, invoicing, or property accounting.
• Strong ownership and proactive communication to report issues.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and secure password management.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to follow checklists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process utility invoices and ensure zero open items by EOD.
• Onboard utilities for new/transitioning properties before the transition date.
• Maintain utility accounts, autopay and e-billing, and vendor setups.
• Collaborate with Accounting & Treasury on discrepancies and anomalies.
• Document onboarding steps, maintain logs, and report daily status.
