Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. offers a remote role focused on auditing timekeeping, billing, and payroll preparation for field service professionals. You will audit daily timecards, convert field data into billable entries, and assemble invoice packages to ensure accurate client billing.

Required are meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with cloud-based timekeeping platforms. A proactive communicator supports timely follow-ups and flawless payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented auditor with background in accounting support, bookkeeping, or billing.
• Confident and proactive communicator for field staff and project managers.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills including formulas and PivotTables for reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily timecards for field inspectors and engineers for compliance and accuracy.
• Translate field time, site notes, OT, and expenses into billable lines and project codes.
• Assemble draft invoice packages with time entries and documentation, resolving discrepancies before sign-off.
• Compile audited timesheet summaries aligned with base pay, OT, and allowances for payroll accuracy.
