Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Audit Specialist to review daily timecards for field inspectors and engineers. You will convert raw time data, site notes, overtime, and expenses into precise billable lines and project codes to maximize revenue capture.

You will assemble complete draft invoice packages with documentation and produce fully audited timesheet summaries aligned with base pay, overtime, and field allowances to ensure accurate payroll and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting support, billing, or bookkeeping.
• Strong accuracy in time entries, rates, and logs.
• Experience with Deltek, ERP, or QuickBooks Online.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily timecards for ~25 field staff with precision and same-day compliance.
• Translate field time, overtime, and expenses into billable lines and project job codes.
• Assemble draft invoice packages with supporting time entries and expense documentation.
• Prepare fully audited timesheet summaries aligned with pay policies.
