NetServ is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Billing Representative to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable with accuracy and professional client communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, strong QuickBooks Online experience, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM/PSA tools. This position offers growth toward a Billing Team Lead in a supportive remote culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, billing, invoicing or A/R for US-based company.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (5+ years).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with US-based clients by phone and email.
• CRM or PSA tools, preferably Autotask PSA.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivots, and lookup (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion handling confidential client/financial data.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Review billing information for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Respond professionally to client questions regarding invoices, payments, credits, and balances by email and phone.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with accounts receivable collection activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate, organized billing and client account records.
• Monitor recurring billing activities and deadlines.
• Prepare billing reports, aging summaries, and account updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing procedures and internal workflows.
