NetServ is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Billing Representative to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable with accuracy and professional client communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, strong QuickBooks Online experience, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM/PSA tools. This position offers growth toward a Billing Team Lead in a supportive remote culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, billing, invoicing or A/R for US-based company.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (5+ years).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with US-based clients by phone and email.
• CRM or PSA tools, preferably Autotask PSA.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivots, and lookup (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion handling confidential client/financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Review billing information for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

About the role

NetServ is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Billing Representative to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in customer service, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and handle financial information with accuracy and care. As our billing operations continue to grow, this role also offers the opportunity to develop into a Billing Team Lead position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on schedule
• Review billing information for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
• Respond professionally to client questions regarding invoices, payments, credits, and account balances by email and phone
• Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with accounts receivable collection activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate, organized, and well-documented billing and client account records
• Monitor recurring billing activities and help ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Prepare billing reports, aging summaries, account updates, and other management reports as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience

About you

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in customer service, billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable for a U.S.-based company
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong experience communicating with U.S.-based clients by phone and email
• CRM or professional services automation experience, preferably with Autotask PSA
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional judgment when handling confidential client and financial information
